This winter has been unseasonably warm at times, and has also been unusually windy as well. This certainly has impacted the start and completion of the project as any type of winter weather will do. We started this project on February 7th, seven days past the “tentative” date provided in the contract.

It is clear in our contract that access to the building site is required, and Cleary Building Corp. nor our sub contractors are responsible for damage from access. No other option was provided for access to the building site by the client other than using the driveway entrance. I had a building built by Cleary Building Corp, based in Verona WI; I used their Lake Geneva Office.
After listening to you, taking some measurements and looking a bit closer as you know have some big issues. The best way to fix these issues is not to again patch it more. As we discussed on site some major repairs are going to have to be done. I do not want to again take this roof off for the third time but I feel it is the best solution for the situation. In this case, the client made substantial changes to the contract in June, those items were documented as was the "tentative date to start construction" was moved to July 2021. The materials shipped and the project was started in early August. From that point to conclusion there were delays due to unavailable materials and materials on backorders from suppliers.
I want other potential customers of Cleary to beware. After doing the damage they did not offer any help and just went away. Their salesman stopped communicating and retired.

In short, the building was 6 weeks LATE to begin the build and they misjudged the soil and asked for 25% more for the difficult soil. The crew was wrapping up on a very cold Christmas Eve, and once spring came, and I had paid for the building, I asked for a couple of small corrections due to poor workmanship. The building had 3 small problems, and its been 8 weeks, and they have not yet been able to replace one panel. Warring buyer beware if you are considering buying a Cleary building in the Butler Pa. In a word, Horrible is how I would describe my experience with Cleary. If I could give them zero stars, I would. To begin with, they give you an estimate based on perfect building conditions, not on your site specific conditions.
